LeadBuddy helps you discover local businesses and their publicly available contact information, with verified website status. You buy credits; one credit reveals one lead's full contact details. Searching and market statistics are free.
Subscription plans grant credits monthly; top-up credits never expire. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Spent credits are non-refundable once a lead is revealed. You can cancel a subscription anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period.
You may use lead data for your own business outreach. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the data, scrape the service, share accounts, or use the data for consumer marketing. You are solely responsible for complying with outreach and privacy laws in your market (e.g. PECR, GDPR, TCPA) when contacting leads.
Business data comes from public sources and our own verification checks. We work hard on accuracy (including live website checks) but cannot guarantee every record; where a revealed lead is materially wrong (e.g. disconnected number), contact support and we'll review a credit refund.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt bulk extraction, or breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadBuddy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
