Privacy & Data Policy

What data LeadBuddy holds

LeadBuddy aggregates publicly available business information — business names, addresses, public phone numbers, listed URLs, ratings and review counts — sourced from licensed third-party providers of public map and directory data. We do not collect or sell consumer personal data.

Legal basis

We process public business contact data under legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) for B2B lead generation. Where a business is a sole trader, its public contact details may constitute personal data; we honour objection and erasure rights below.

Business owners: remove your listing

If you own a business listed on LeadBuddy and want your details removed, email privacy@leadbuddy.app with your business name and address. We remove listings within 30 days and suppress them from future scans.

Your account data

We store your email, name, credit history, and saved leads to operate the service. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record) — we never see your card details. Delete your account anytime by emailing support; this erases your account and saved leads.

Your responsibilities as a user

You are responsible for complying with outreach laws in your market (e.g. PECR in the UK, TCPA in the US) when contacting leads exported from LeadBuddy.
